Personal information that may be collect via a 3rd Party is information that you have opted in to share with us. For example if you choose to login to our website using a third party login service such as “login with Facebook” then you opt in to share your basic information with us. This basic information includes your name, e-mail address, gender and date of birth

Who we disclosed your information to

Our suppliers 
We may disclose your personal information internally for internal purposes of:

  • facilitating the delivery your purchased product(s) to you
  • contacting you regarding a specific order you have made
  • responding to any request by you made to be contacted by us

We also may disclose your information to overseas entities or contractors who we engage in order to send you goods. These entities or contractors are likely to be located in countries such as Kenya and other African regions.

Our logistics and billing partners
We may disclose your personal information to our logistics partners so that they can deliver the products you buy to the address you have given us. This would generally include the delivery address, recipient's name and contact details if necessary
Some of your personal information will also be disclosed to our billing partners in order to ensure that your payment is processed smoothly. 

Federal or State police authorities
If required to do so by law, in cases of fraud and where any threats are made against any of our employees, Classic Africana or the general public, we may disclose your personal information to the relevant authority.

Managing your membership and personal information

You have the right to access the personal information that Classic Africana holds about you. You may amend, correct or update this personal information at any time. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 Classic Africana uses PayPal, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. Confidential information including card details are encrypted using SSL 128-bit encryption technology. 128 Bit SSL encryption is the industry standard encryption technology. Complaints

If you need to make a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us via our contact us page, email us via info@ultimatetouchstore.com. Once we receive your complaint, we will endeavour to respond to it within a reasonable period of time. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can take your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
